Arancia Coaching Services.

There are two types of coaching services I offer:

  1. A programme of sessions on a defined topic. Programmes start at 3 x 60-minute sessions, with the option of a 5-session programme to help further embed your learning and development. Please see below for a summary of programme topics.

  2. “Just-in-time” coaching conversations. You can access me when you need a safe space to work through a career challenge. I’ll help you to explore and navigate your challenge and our conversations might surface additional personal development areas I can help you with.

In all cases, I tailor our coaching conversations to meet your needs.

Programmes.

Below are the programmes currently available.

  • “Your best career” - figure out how to shape your “best” future career. I help you to clarify your unique combination of career values, motivations and purpose, understand your career change appetite, and if needed, develop and implement a strategy for your job search.

  • “Powering productivity and high performance” - identify and implement the mindset, actions and routines that will help your productivity and high performance.

  • “Leading effectively” - discover the leader you want to be and create alignment between your leadership purpose, identity, values and behaviours.

  • “Navigating change and transition” - successfully lead yourself and others through change and transition, navigating the stages of awareness, acceptance, adjustment and action.

  • “How you feel and how you function” - identify the aspects of your wellbeing that need attention, take actions that will help you to thrive and establish routines that support your long-term effectiveness.

Pricing.

  • 3-session programme: £150.

  • 5-session programme: £225.

  • “Just-in-time” conversations: £30 per 60 minutes.

  • If you would like to proceed, review and sign a coaching agreement, setting out the focus of the coaching, number of sessions, pricing, and ‘ground rules’ for the relationship.

  • Get started with your coaching, reviewing progress at the end of each session.
